Website Maintenance Services
Website maintenance is the recurring work that keeps a live site safe and working: software updates, backups, security scanning, uptime monitoring, speed checks and bug fixes. We offer it as a fixed monthly plan or an annual contract for WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify sites, starting at ₹3,999 a month.
Prices shown are starting points. The final cost depends on the size and scope of your project, and we confirm it in writing before any work begins.
A website is not finished when it launches. Plugins and apps update, hosts change PHP versions, certificates expire, and bots probe every login page on the internet. Nothing breaks loudly. A checkout stops sending order emails, a form silently fails, a page slows down by two seconds, and the first sign is a customer telling you.
Maintenance is the work that stops that. Updates are tested before they reach your live site, backups are stored away from your hosting and restored in a test, the site is scanned for malware, and uptime is watched around the clock. When something does break, you message us and it gets fixed, instead of opening a ticket with a host that blames the plugin.
We work on the platform you already have. WordPress and WooCommerce plans and Shopify plans are different jobs, because Shopify patches its own core and the risk sits in apps and theme code. We tell you which plan fits and what it will not cover before you pay anything.

What you actually get
Updates that do not break things
Every update is applied and checked on a copy of the site first. If it conflicts, we hold it and tell you why.
Backups that restore
Stored away from your host, and restored to a test site on a schedule, because an untested backup is a guess.
Security you can see
Scans, login protection and blocklist checks, with a report of what was found and closed.
Support that answers
A direct line for fixes and small changes. Urgent site-down issues are picked up first.

Questions people actually ask
How much does website maintenance cost in India?
Quotes for a small business site commonly sit between ₹3,000 and ₹15,000 a month, and online stores cost more because there is more to test. Our WordPress plans start at ₹3,999 a month and Shopify plans at ₹5,999. The price is fixed after a short audit, so it does not change month to month.
What is included in a website maintenance plan?
Updates tested before they go live, off-site backups with restores checked, malware scanning, uptime monitoring, SSL and domain expiry tracking, speed checks, small content edits and bug fixes. Bigger work, such as a new page template or new functionality, is quoted separately before it starts.
Do you offer an annual maintenance contract (AMC) for websites?
Yes. A website AMC is the same plan paid for a year at once, usually at a lower effective monthly price than month to month billing. Ask for an annual quote after the audit. Monthly plans can be cancelled any month with no exit fee.
What is the difference between website maintenance and website support?
Maintenance is the planned, recurring work: updates, backups, scans and monitoring. Support is the on-demand part: you report a problem or ask for a change and we fix it. Our plans include both, so you are not paying one team to maintain the site and another to fix it.
Which platforms do you maintain?
WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify. Each has its own plan because the risks differ: WordPress needs core and plugin updates and security hardening, while Shopify needs app, theme and checkout monitoring. If your site is on another platform, ask first and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can you take over maintenance from my current developer or agency?
Yes. We start with an audit of what is installed, where the backups are and what is already out of date, then take over access. Nothing is changed on the live site until the audit is reviewed with you.
My site is already hacked or broken. Can you fix it first?
Yes. Cleanup of a hacked site is a one-time job that comes before any plan, because maintaining an infected site is pointless. Once it is clean and the way in is closed, it can move onto a monthly plan.
Do I need to change my hosting?
No. We work with your existing host and tell you plainly if the hosting is the cause of slowness or downtime. Moving hosts is a separate one-time service if you decide you want it.
