Prices shown are starting points. The final cost depends on the size and scope of your project, and we confirm it in writing before any work begins.

Shopify makes it easy to get a store looking finished and easy to miss the parts that decide whether it works. Tax configuration that produces GST-compliant invoices, shipping zones that charge correctly for every pin code you actually serve, and a checkout tested with real payments rather than assumed.

We set up the store as a working commercial system, not a demo. That means the catalogue is structured so collections can rank, product data is clean enough to feed Google Shopping later, and the theme is configured so speed does not collapse the moment you install four apps.

Before launch we place real orders through every gateway, confirm invoices generate correctly, verify order emails land outside spam, and check the store on actual phones rather than a desktop browser resized.

Questions people actually ask

How much does a Shopify store cost to build in India?

Our typical build is ₹45,000 and up depending on catalogue size, customisation and integrations. A small store with a stock theme and 30 products sits at the lower end. Custom sections, complex variants or ERP integration raise it. You get a fixed quote before we start.

How long does it take?

Two to four weeks for most stores. The variable is almost never the build: it is how quickly product data, images and policy decisions arrive from your side. Stores with clean product data ready to go move considerably faster.

Which payment gateway is best for an Indian Shopify store?

Razorpay for most, for UPI coverage and settlement reliability. Shopify Payments where eligible, since it avoids a third-party transaction fee. Many stores run both. The right answer depends on your volume and whether you sell internationally.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

Almost certainly not. Plus makes sense at high volume or when you need checkout customisation, Scripts or heavy automation. Most Indian D2C brands run entirely happily on the standard plan for years.

Can you migrate my existing store to Shopify?

Yes, products, customers, orders and images, with redirects mapped so you do not lose search rankings. That is a separate service, priced by catalogue size.

What happens after launch?

You own the store outright. If you want ongoing help, Shopify Care covers updates, app conflicts and speed monitoring. There is no lock-in either way.
