Marketing Dashboard

A marketing dashboard consolidates data from advertising platforms, analytics and your store into one live view. The value comes from designing it around the specific decisions you make, rather than displaying every metric available.

Dashboards fail by showing everything. Forty widgets means nobody knows where to look, and it gets checked once and abandoned.

We start from the questions you actually ask each week (which channel is producing, what is acquisition costing, what changed) and build only what answers them.

What's included

  • Data source connection and blending
  • Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and store data
  • Cost per acquisition by channel
  • Revenue attribution view
  • Trend comparison against prior periods
  • Automated refresh and scheduled email delivery
  • Mobile-readable layout

Questions people actually ask

Which dashboard tool do you use?

Looker Studio for most clients: free, connects natively to Google products, and adequate for the majority of needs. Paid tools make sense when you need blending across many sources or heavier transformation.

Why do dashboard numbers disagree with the ad platforms?

Attribution windows and models differ between platforms. Meta and Google both claim conversions the other also claims. This is expected: the dashboard's job is a consistent view over time, not reconciling platforms that will never agree.
