Catalogue & Dynamic Product Ads

Dynamic product ads automatically show people the specific products they viewed or added to cart, pulled from a catalogue synced with your store. For e-commerce, this is typically the highest-return campaign type because it reaches people with demonstrated intent for a specific item.

Prices shown are starting points. The final cost depends on the size and scope of your project, and we confirm it in writing before any work begins.

Dynamic ads depend entirely on two things being correct: the catalogue and the pixel events. If ViewContent and AddToCart do not fire with matching product IDs, Meta cannot connect the person to the product and dynamic retargeting silently degrades into generic ads.

We verify the catalogue syncs cleanly, that product IDs match between feed and pixel events, and that the full funnel (viewed, added, purchased) is being distinguished so each audience gets an appropriate message.

Questions people actually ask

Why are my dynamic ads showing the wrong products?

Almost always a product ID mismatch between the catalogue and the pixel events. The pixel might send a variant ID while the catalogue uses the parent ID. Check a live event in Events Manager against the catalogue and the mismatch is usually obvious.

Can I use the same feed as Google Merchant Center?

Often yes, with adjustments: Meta accepts a similar structure but has its own field requirements and image specs. Maintaining one source of product data that generates both feeds is far less painful than two divergent files.

How far back should retargeting windows go?

Seven to fourteen days for cart abandoners, up to thirty for product viewers. Beyond that, intent has usually decayed and you are paying to annoy people who already decided.
