Product Feed Management

Product feed management maintains the data files that supply Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogues and marketplaces. It covers feed generation, attribute mapping, transformation rules and ongoing monitoring, since feeds break quietly when store data or platform requirements change.

Prices shown are starting points. The final cost depends on the size and scope of your project, and we confirm it in writing before any work begins.

Feeds are set up once and then assumed to work. They do not. Products get added without required attributes, a plugin update changes a field mapping, a platform adds a requirement, and products silently drop out of eligibility.

We treat the feed as a monitored system with alerts on error rate and coverage, and we prefer fixing data at source so every channel benefits rather than patching each feed separately.

Questions people actually ask

Why do products disappear from my feed?

Usually a missing required attribute on newly added products, or an availability sync failure. Both are silent: nothing alerts you, the products simply stop showing. Monitoring coverage counts week to week catches it.

Can one feed serve Google and Meta?

One source of product data can generate both, but the channels have different required fields and formats. Maintaining one clean source that produces both files is far less painful than two hand-maintained feeds that drift apart.

My feed plugin only exports some products. Why?

Frequently a free-tier product cap rather than a configuration problem: several popular plugins silently limit the number of products exported. Check the plugin's limits before spending hours debugging your filters.
