Website Speed Optimization
Website speed optimization improves how quickly a page becomes usable, measured by Core Web Vitals: LCP (largest content paint), INP (interaction responsiveness) and CLS (layout stability). Work targets field data from real visitors rather than lab scores, because Google ranks on what actual users experience.
Prices shown are starting points. The final cost depends on the size and scope of your project, and we confirm it in writing before any work begins.
A Lighthouse score of 95 means very little on its own. It is a lab test on a simulated device with a simulated connection, and it moves several points between runs on the same page. Google ranks using field data: what real visitors on real phones on real Indian networks actually experienced over the last 28 days.
So we start from field data, find which pages fail and for which metric, and fix causes rather than symptoms. Usually that means render-blocking scripts, unoptimised images shipped at desktop dimensions to phones, layout shifts from unsized elements, and third-party tags that nobody remembers adding.
What's included
- Core Web Vitals field data analysis via CrUX and Search Console
- Render-blocking CSS and JavaScript elimination
- Image optimisation, correct sizing and modern formats
- Font loading strategy and layout shift prevention
- Third-party script audit and deferral
- Caching and CDN configuration
- Database and query optimisation where relevant
- Before-and-after report with field data
Questions people actually ask
How much faster will my site get?
It depends entirely on where you start. Sites that have never been optimised often halve their load time. Sites that have already had work done see smaller gains. We tell you what is achievable after the audit, before you commit, not as an upfront promise we cannot support.
Does site speed actually affect Google rankings?
Core Web Vitals are a confirmed ranking signal, but a modest one: relevance and content quality matter more. Speed matters most for conversion. Slow checkout pages lose orders regardless of where you rank, and that is usually the bigger number.
Why does my Lighthouse score change every time I run it?
Lighthouse simulates a device and network, and that simulation varies between runs. It is useful for finding problems and useless as a target. Field data from real users is stable and is what Google actually uses.
Can you speed up a site built on a page builder?
Partly. Elementor, Divi and similar builders generate heavy markup and load their own CSS and JS on every page. We can reduce it substantially, but there is a floor set by the builder itself. We will tell you where that floor is rather than charging you to chase past it.
Will optimisation break my site's design?
No. Everything is tested on staging first, and design changes are never part of speed work unless you ask. If a specific effect is unavoidably expensive, we show you the cost and let you decide whether to keep it.
