Tracking + Ads Setup
Tracking and ads setup fixes conversion tracking first and builds the ad campaigns second. Google Ads and Meta optimise toward whatever conversions they are told about, so campaigns launched on broken tracking learn from the wrong signal. Setting up server-side tracking before the campaigns means the automation learns from real orders from day one.
Prices shown are starting points. The final cost depends on the size and scope of your project, and we confirm it in writing before any work begins.
Most stores come to us asking for better ads. When we open the accounts, the ads are rarely the first problem. The tracking is. Google Ads counts a fraction of the orders, or counts more than exist. Meta sees purchases twice, or not at all. The campaigns are then optimising toward a number that has little to do with sales.
So this engagement runs in a fixed order. First we audit and rebuild the measurement: server-side tracking on Stape, purchase events sent from the store's order data, fake and duplicate conversion actions removed. Then we build or restructure the campaigns on top of it, Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max, and Meta, with bidding that now has true numbers to learn from.
The difference shows up in the decisions. With honest conversion data you can see which campaigns pay for themselves and which only looked like they did, and you can scale the ones that work without guessing.

Questions people actually ask
Can we just run ads and fix tracking later?
You can, but the campaigns will learn from bad data in the meantime, and Smart Bidding does not forget quickly. Fixing tracking first is the cheaper order.
We already have an agency running ads. Can you only do the tracking?
Yes. Server-side tracking is available on its own, and your current agency keeps running the campaigns on the better data.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. We charge a flat fee quoted per project and per month. A percentage of spend rewards spending more of your money.
Which stores is this for?
Shopify and WooCommerce stores spending on Google or Meta ads, especially those using a third-party checkout such as Shiprocket, Fastrr, GoKwik or Shopflo, where tracking breaks most often.
