Payment Gateway Integration
Payment gateway integration connects your store to payment providers and verifies the complete flow: successful payment, failed payment, webhook confirmation, refunds and reconciliation. The failure paths matter as much as the success path, because that is where orders get lost.
Prices shown are starting points. The final cost depends on the size and scope of your project, and we confirm it in writing before any work begins.
Integration is more than pasting API keys. The common production failure is webhooks: the customer pays, the gateway confirms, but your store never receives or processes the callback, so the order sits unpaid while money has left the customer's account.
We test each path deliberately (successful payment, cancelled payment, timeout, partial refund, full refund) and confirm the store's state matches the gateway's in every case.

Questions people actually ask
Which gateway should I use in India?
Razorpay suits most businesses: strong UPI coverage, reliable settlements, good developer tooling. PayU and Cashfree are solid alternatives. CCAvenue is common in older enterprise setups. Choose on settlement time, transaction fee and support, and run two if your volume justifies redundancy.
Why do some orders show as paid with no money received?
Usually a webhook failure, sometimes a test-mode key left in production. Both are found quickly by comparing your order records against the gateway dashboard for the same period, which should be part of any integration handover.
Should I offer cash on delivery?
In India, usually yes: a large share of buyers still expect it. Manage the return rate with phone or OTP verification on higher-value COD orders, and consider a small COD fee to nudge prepaid.
